superawesomefantastic:

Route 128 sign unveiling in 1982.  The sign now reads “128 Always The Worst Way To Go”.  For those not familiar with the Boston area is essentially a giant loop around Boston, the sole purpose of which is apparently to keep unknowing visitors to the city at bay by tricking them into thinking they are getting closer until they realize they have been driving in circles for days and kill themselves.  What can I say, we don’t like outsiders.

Another win from my little cuz and Boston counterpart, superawesomefantastic, who rants about public transit, townies, outsiders, and loves his neighborhood almost as much as I do mine.
