This is super awesome, Phil Ting! (Phil Ting, if you are not aware, is our city Assessor-Recorder. If you’re not sure what his office does, you can’t fully understand real property, land value or housing policymaking.) It’s extra awesome because it’s a car-heavy district with a not super transit-friendly Supervisor. I’ll be biking to work with my neighbors in the Haight, but I salute the western neighborhoods’ commuter convoys!
